This is a ductile iron frame, with eight wrap 24 AWG hand wound coils covered with gold prism tape, a 22 μF capacitor with 18 gauge front and back springs. This is a strong, fast running liner tuned to run at a speed of 120 CPS, at 7.0 volts with a duty of 55% loaded. This machine is a full size liner with a lot of punch and a medium stroke good for all groupings. All springs are punched from tempered steel spring stock. They come in 18 AWG thickness, and a 0.5" in width, front springs come in two different lengths, one for a liner, and one for a shader.PLEASE NOTE!!! that all rear springs do not come with a main spring hole pre-punched in it. This is to allow the builder optional placement of the armature bar depending on the build, ie. a liner or a shader. -
We offer a variety of different vise screws to choose from, please read the description of each different kind of screw below. If you choose the 5 for $20 option, please specify the combination of vise screws you would like to receive in the additional notes section below. For example: 1 Modern Key, 2 Old Steel Keys, 2 Common Coin screws, or 5 Old Steel Keys, or 5 Modern Keys, you get the picture. We're sorry but due to the cost of special coins and keys, all specialty vice screws are priced and sold separately. -

Kit comes with all of the parts needed to build your own machine from the ground up. This kit is limited to a brazed, and blackened low carbon steel frame only. Though we do offer a choice of frame style and geometry, this in turn determines the appropriate coil size, capacitor, and armature bar. All coils come covered with black Gaff tape. The shader comes with eight wrap 24 AWG coils a 47 μF capacitor, and a 1 7/8” armature bar. The outliner includes six wrap 22 AWG coils a 22 μF capacitor and an extended nipple 1 5/8” speed bar. All other parts consist of a pair of steel front and rear binding posts, a copper contact screw, all 8/32” socket cap, and flat head screws needed, steel and fiber insulating washers, steel shims, one tube vice screw, two 18 gauge springs front and back, and 4” of black wire insulation. Coil, Capacitor, and armature bar sizes can be changed, only if specified in the additional notes section bellow. PLEASE NOTE THE COILS AND CAPACITOR DO NOT COME PREWIRED TOGETHER, AND THE REAR SPRING IS NOT PREPUNCHED FOR THE A-BAR, THESE STEPS YOU MUST DO YOURSELF. -
