Nomi Grip Master System

Prof. Incredulous has developed a proprietary grip system that will elevate your tattooing to the next level. For over 25 years he has been traveling the world tattooing and researching tattoo hand methods and mechanical trade techniques. This has led to the development of the Nomi Grip Master System, This system is inspired by the traditional Japanese hand tattooing method known as Tebori, and simulates the Hanebori technique. The Nomi Grip, and Z-Axis Pin allow for the needle bar to make a repeating downward puncturing motion, immediately followed by an upward lifting of the needles while still embedded in the skin and then retreating while simultaneously infusing the skin with ink. The development of the Nomi Grip, and Z-Axis pin combined with the Octagon Direct Drive Rotary Machine, and Nomi Needles, mechanizes an ancient hand method that has been performed for thousands of years. Now for the first time, the Hanebori technique can be performed by a mechanical device as opposed to by hand.
Yes folks, “It’s not just a hand job anymore”

Nomi Grip

Transform your tattooing with cutting edge equipment that will produce intense color brightness, with the ultimate in tattoo machine grips — The Nomi Grip. This CNC machined single piece tube-grip is expertly engineered to hold a unique cylindrical
Z-Axis Pin. It is designed to enhance what is known to be the standard or correct motion of the needle bar, by modifying the direction of the needle bars movement in order to attain an enhanced outcome.  Manufactured using high quality aluminum and then treated with a proprietary hard coat anodizing process, the grip is compatible with all medical industry standard autoclaving procedures.

They provide more strength and holding power than ordinary screws. Our tattoo machine screws are made from good quality material and are available by the dozen. Get yours today.

Tattoo Machine Springs

Our tattoo machine springs are punched form high grade tempered steel spring stock which provides extra strength and durability. They come in 18 AWG thickness, and a 0.5” width.  Defiance Manufacturing front tattoo machine springs come in two varying lengths, one for a liner and the other for a shader.  Do take note that all our rear springs do not come with a pre-punched main spring hole. The reason is to allow builders the option for optimal placement of the armature bar depending on the kind of build being created, ie. a shader, a liner, color packer, black and grey shader etc.

Tattoo machine yokes are essential parts of tattoo machines that the coils bolt to. Different tattoo machines feature customized frames in order to accommodate the yoke. The function of the yoke is to complete the magnetic flow of energy between the coils.  All Defiance Manufacturing tattoo machine yokes are manufactured using low carbon steel, drilled for #8 screws and come in either a raw steel or black oxide finish. Tolerances of the yokes vary from ¼” to 3/16” and 1/8” in thickness.

We believe in the quality and integrity of our products. We do our best to be as consistent as possible considering that all our parts are machined by hand.
